Please go to your WordPress dashboard > Genesis > Theme settings > Comments and Trackbacks > Check the enable comments on post box.
If it still not showing up, go to Settings > Discussion > Other comment settings > see if the “Automatically close comments on articles older than XX days” box is checked. If it is, uncheck it and save the settings.
